Old Narratives
Stories about who you are, what success means, what you're allowed to want, or do, written in earlier chapters, and still running the show. You didn't consciously choose them. They chose themselves in moments of pressure, approval, and survival. Now they're the wall you’re hitting.

Reactive Patterns
