Strategy changes what you choose. Presence-Based Coaching changes who's choosing, in the mind and in the body, so you can become who this season requires, and the next one too.
What happens when your path disappears? We found out on the back of a mountain, after our route vanished under a fresh blanket of snow. I was quite calm, my partner less so, but wow, lost was beautiful. It wasn't a compass and it wasn't a map that got us to the other side of the mountain and back onto the path. It was the bunny tracks you can see in the photo. Luck, serendipity, or knowing that animals usually know exactly where they're going.
Why every picture here is a chapterWith a date, a plan and your whole self behind it. The move taken, or staying chosen on purpose. Either way, the next-year habit is broken.
Presence isn't a performance skill, it's a nervous-system state. The pitch, the board, the hard conversation, walked into from centre and left as yourself.
Both live in the body, and for years they've sounded the same. You learn to tell which one is speaking, and to trust the one that knows.
Real outcomes handed over and not taken back. A team that stops waiting for you. A company that can grow faster than one person's capacity.
The mind is a brilliant instrument, and it was never built to decide on its own. Faced with uncertainty, logic will always vote to stay safe; that's its job. So this work brings the body and the heart back into the room, where your own direction has usually been waiting. I'm a Certified Presence-Based Coach, with my coaching assessed at the ICF's PCC level, trained in an ICF-accredited methodology built on interpersonal neuroscience, somatic intelligence and adult development, and I don't ask anyone to go where I haven't been.
You can't see a pattern while you're running it. Every session begins by settling the nervous system, so what's actually true has room to surface.
The body registers a decision before the mind explains it. We learn to read what yours is holding, and to trust it.
Insight isn't change. Small, repeatable practices for your stuck point, so the shift shows up on Monday and not only in our session.
What is your why? What do you value? What would you do if the safe version weren't an option? Who are you when no one is looking? Held openly, never prescribed.
The Session settles one decision. The Program builds the person who can keep making them. Both start with a free 30-minute discovery call, where we assess fit and the right way in before you spend a dollar.
If not now, then when? For the one decision you've been circling: go back or go, the bigger role or not, start it or keep thinking about it.
The thirty minutes is about fit. The two hours is the work: underneath the decision, to where your trust breaks, and out with a direction and your first three moves on paper. If you continue into the Program within 30 days, the $500 comes off the price.
For the whole move: the exit, the bigger role, or the thing that's yours. The decision made with your head, body and heart in the same room, the runway planned, the first ninety days mapped, and the patterns that would derail them named. Six months, because that's how long identity-level change takes to hold.
Billed monthly. If six months isn't possible right now, we can start with three.
It's the best time, and the worst time to decide alone. Severance gives you a window most people never get: paid time to choose, rather than to react. The Session is built for exactly this. We find the decision underneath the urge to get straight back in, before the window closes.
No. A career coach helps you get the next role. I help you decide whether the next role is the move at all, and then make it with your whole self behind it. If what you need is a résumé and interview practice, I'll say so and point you to someone good.
No. Everything is confidential, and I don't work with your employer unless you ask me to, for example when a company funds coaching for someone stepping into a bigger role. Sessions are on video or in person in Toronto, and we schedule around your calendar, not mine.
Both, because they don't separate. Most people arrive with a career question: whether to leave, what's next, how to stop feeling stuck in a role that looks good on paper. Within a session or two it's clear the question runs into everything else: energy, health, the relationship, the life built around the job. So we start with the decision in front of you and go as wide as it needs to. What this isn't: a résumé service, interview prep or a job search. If that's what you need, I'll point you to someone good.
Sixty minutes on video, or in person in Toronto. We start with what's live for you, then go underneath it: what you keep thinking, what you actually feel, and what your body does when you say it out loud. That's usually where the real information is. Between sessions there's fieldwork: a specific ritual or practice, ten to fifteen minutes most days, because the change happens in your week, not in the hour we're together. When something breaks down, in a meeting, at home, or at 3am, that's not a setback. It's material, and we work with it. I have a deep toolkit of exercises, assessments and practices from somatic, presence-based and behavioural work, and I bring them in when they're needed, never on a schedule. You can voice-note me any time. You leave each session with something to try, and we look at what happened next time.
Two offerings, in US dollars. The Session is $500 for two hours with a written decision map and a follow-up. The Program is $1,250 a month for six months, two sessions a month, with practices and voice-note access throughout. If six months isn't possible, we can start with three. The $500 comes off the Program if you continue within 30 days. Every path starts with a free 30-minute discovery call.
An hour every two weeks for the sessions, and ten to fifteen minutes most days for the practices or rituals between them. The rituals between sessions are what change habitual patterns. The sessions are where we find what's needed.
That's where most people start. Finding what you actually want, underneath what you can justify, is the second stage of the work. Not knowing isn't a reason to wait. It's the reason to begin.
Therapy works toward healing and usually lives in the past. Coaching works from the present toward a defined future, although the past can be very valuable in sessions. If something clinical surfaces, I'll say so and point you to the right support. Many clients do coaching and therapy at the same time, and find the two work well together.
No. Presence-Based Coaching works on the mental, somatic and emotional layers and is grounded in evidence-based practice. For those open to it, there's room for what lives beyond logic, as an invitation and never a requirement. Many clients are analytical, secular professionals who come for direction and a steadier nervous system.

No application. Write a few lines, and I'll reply with times to talk. By the end of the call you'll know whether this is the right next step. So will I. Either way, it stays between us.
